How Can I Find Your Delivery Information?
Currently, Zero Yero ships over to regions, namely Singapore, and regions around the world. Once you’ve entered your delivery address, you will be able to see the available delivery services. For regions outside of Singapore, the order will be shipped via Singpost Registered Service (International). For Singapore, Zero Yero uses QExpress to expedite the orders. We find that QExpress services highly efficient and reliable.
For all delivery postings, tracking services is used to ensure that you have a peace of mind. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive another confirmation email with the tracking number and Postal Service rendered.
For Singapore orders, orders below SGD$50 will incurr a $3.95 Shipping Fee (plus tracking) via QExpress. Customer orders above SGD$30 will enjoy free shipping. For International Orders, orders below SGD$70 will incurr a $12.90 Shipping Fee (limited tracking via Singpost). At Zero Yero, we are constantly looking for shipping solutions so that customers are able to enjoy savings on their orders. This segment will be updated when we are able to confirm new postage rates. The shipping rates listed above are fixed, any additional rates from couriers are absorbed by us.
The carriers deliver during working hours; and requires a signature upon receiving, so our team would highly suggest that someone is available to receive the parcel.
If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, your carrier might leave a card or may reschedule the delivery at a later date. We request that you reschedule with the carrier service at the soonest to avoid the parcel returning back to us.
