Zero Yero 7-DAY RETURN POLICY (International / Singapore)
We believe you will be thrilled with your purchase from Zero Yero. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that products are designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Returns are to be made within 7 days of the date that you have received the item. To initiate return requests, please message us or contact our customer service team with your reason of returning, so that we can facilitate the request and issue a return authorization to you. Please note the policy is subject to the conditions below:
Only undamaged items in original packaging will be accepted under the Returns Policy. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee (deducted from your refund).
We will not accept returns or refund any item that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the item has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; usage of the product in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care of the product.
We will not be able to offer standard return policy after the 7-day timeframe has passed. However, our customer service team is always an email away if you require further assistance with your Zero Yero products.
We will ensure the refund process is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Once the item is safely returned to us, we will first perform a standard inspection. We will then send you a message to acknowledge that the item has indeed been preserved in its original condition, complete with original packaging.
You will be refunded the full amount, minus the return shipping cost. Please note that while shipping charges on original deliveries are subsidized, the full shipping costs of the return journey paid by Zero Yero to delivery partners will be deducted from your refund amount. All refunds will take 2 business days to process upon return acknowledgement from us. However, the actual fund reversal date will depend on your card company’s processing schedule.
Defective or Damaged Items
We put quality as one of our top priorities – we work with experienced manufacturers and ensure every Zero Yero item goes through strict quality control processes. We work hard to make sure your Zero Yero product reaches you safe and sound, however we are happy to do an exchange or a refund in the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item as a result of unforeseen hiccups throughout the journey.
Kindly note, in the event of returning a defective or damaged item, we will however absorb the shipping charges and ensure your return/exchange experience is hassle free.
